Registration Procedure

 

  1. Register online

    To register online, fill out the Registration Form by clicking on the "Register now" icon located on the sidebar.
    On the form, to enter your personal information, choose your registration type and payment information.
    Payment may be made using Master Card, Visa or American Express credit cards.
     

  2. Additional reservations

    After the registration process is completed, a copy of the confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address.Make your hotel reservation by clicking on the “Hotel Reservation” icon located in the sidebar.

  3. Planning your trip

    To improve your traveling experience please read our Travel Information Page, which contains information and links to Costa Rican Embassies, visa requirements, health suggestions, weather and more.

Registration fees

  • International US$ 650
  • Central Americans US$ 450
  • Companions US$ 300
  • Costa Ricans US$ 350

These rates include passes to the Conferences, Exhibition Area and social events listed in the Conference Programme.

It also includes lunch and coffee breaks during the Conference, as well as transportation to and from the hotel to social events on the Conference Programme.

Airport-hotel-airport is not included.
