Registration Procedure
  1. Register online

    Fill out the Registration Form by clicking on the "Register now" button located on the sidebar.
 Choose your registration type and complete payment information.
 Do not forget to read "Conditions" for any cancelation or changes on your registration. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express credit cards. 
 

  2. Invoice
    After registration form is submitted, you will receive a pre-confirmation message. That means that we have received your registration. We will charge your credit card and send you a definite confirmation within the next 5 days, along with a digital invoice.

  3. Additional reservations

    Make your hotel reservation by clicking on the “Hotel Reservation” icon located in the sidebar. We recommend making reservations only through the contacts we provide on the web. If you book accommodation through different company, Sintercafé will not be responsible if any trouble. 

  4. Planning your trip

    To improve your traveling experience, please read our Travel Information Page, which contains information and links to Costa Rican Embassies, visa requirements, health suggestions, weather and more.

Registration fees

Before September 28th, 2014
$750 - Internationals
$575 - Central Americans
$450 - Costa Ricans
$375 - Companions

After September 28th, 2014
$820 - Internationals
$625 - Central Americans
$500 - Costa Ricans
$375 - Companions

These rates include passes to the Conferences, Exhibition Area and social events listed in the Conference Program. It also includes lunch and coffee breaks during the Conference, as well as transportation to and from the hotel to social events of the Conference Program.

Airport-hotel-airport is not included.
